MABEL EVANS | HEAD OF IMPACT

Mabel is a Filmmaker & Activist. Aged seventeen she co-founded The Vavengers, an arts collective turned leading Uk charity supporting survivors of GENDER BASED VIOLENCE (GBV) in the asylum seeker and refugee community in London. The Vavengers was one of thirteen charities selected and funded by the Home Office in the Covid-19 pandemic to address the rise in Gender based Violence in the UK. Mabel’s impact focus is on human-led, artistic approaches that seek to create space and opportunity around marginalised groups and thought. 

Tarquin Ramsay | Impact Producer 

Tarquin Ramsay is a British Director/Producer and Impact Producer based in Barcelona. Tarquin's directorial feature doc, Free Speech Fear Free, was nominated for 'Best Positive First Film' at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival's Cinema Positif and subsequently acquired in over 20 countries and distributed on Amazon, Google Play, iTunes, Rakuten, and Vimeo. He won American Insight's Free Speech Award and was nominated for an Amnesty International Film Award. 

Tarquin has spent the last two years commissioning short documentaries on Climate Change in collaboration with the United Nations and has attended COP26, COP27, and GP2022 in Bali.

Hiba Noor | Impact Producer 

Hiba Noor is the first Pakistani trans Filmmaker and Director in Muslim World. Pakistani human rights defender,  activist, social scientist, Poet , Sketch Artist, Photographer and painter with 6 years of experience working in gender equality, livelihoods and economic empowerment through her camera frame. She is the first pakistani who achieved her higher studies as trans women.She started her career as an Assistant Director for a Morning Show for Pakistan national TV.
